Accidents can and do happen. But this is no reason why you should shoulder the entire financial burden, including recovery without some consideration.

Injuries can results for a multiple of reasons. Our first goal is your physical restoration. Once your recovery stats, we can focus on your financial needs.

Medical Malpractice

Medical procedures are always performed with some element of risk, and we all accept that. But when negligence enters the picture, you'll need us.

History shows that business and other disputes have always been with us. But if you've been harmed, there is no reason we shouldn't discuss getting you a settlement.

What to do in an Accident?

Keep this checklist in your vehicle

In the chaos following a car accident, whether it’s immediately after or days later while you’re dealing with your injuries, it’s hard to know what to do, or whether what you’re doing is the best course of action. Below is our recommended list of to-do items based on years of experience dealing with difficult vehicle collisions. Even minor crashes can leave people nervous and shaken.

  • Call the police
  • Stay at the scene in a safe place
  • If anyone is hurt, call an ambulance and tell the police you need assistance
  • If another driver is impaired, tell the police
  • Collect full information for all parties(names, addresses, vehicles, phones, etc.)
  • Take notes and pictures of the accident
  • Seek medical help. Even if you are unsure if you were seriously injured
  • Do not tell the other driver about your insurance coverage limits
  • Do not admit fault or tell others you are fine if you are not
